Lighthouse Interiors will undertake to execute and complete all orders subject to the

CALL OUT FEE –
A call out fee of R650-00 will be charged.
We will provide a quotation and do measurements.
The quotation is valid for a period of two working days.
Prices may increase after this period has lapsed.
ORDER –
The client is requested to check all order details before payment.
The client is requested to check all measurements and or layouts.
Product stock check must be done before payment.
PAYMENT –
100% payment is required on acceptance of an order.
The order cannot be cancelled and or changed once payment is done.
Lighthouse Interiors is not VAT registered.
No crypto currency is accepted. We do not accept Bitcoin.
POP – proof of electronic fund transfer EFT must be emailed.
Grand total – full payment is required on acceptance of an order.
Payments must have the client order number.
Payments must have the client’s name.
The client is responsible for any bank charges.
GO AHEAD –
When the client’s payment reflects in the account, we will proceed with the order.
The client will receive a go-ahead email and or message. Page 1/2
PRODUCT –
Photos do not represent the exact product coloration and or size.
Product guarantees and or warrantees are available on request.
Products will be manufactured and or delivered in the specified time period as indicated.
DELIVERY –
While every effort will be made to complete the order on time, we cannot guarantee this.
Claims for shortfall/damaged products must be submitted upon delivery of products.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that breakable items are removed before delivery.
Installations must be scheduled.
Client or client’s representee must be present on premises.
COURIER –
Products e.g. curtains couriered to an address supplied by client:
The client must deal directly with the courier.
Lighthouse will only supply the product value, box size and weight.
The client must pay the courier directly.
Insurance – The client must insure that the full value of window treatment products.
Lighthouse Interiors and or any manufacturers are not liable to replace the products.
The value of the products, weight and box size will be supplied to the client.
Please ensure that you have the value of the products, weight and box size before dealing with the courier.
CONTRACT –
By signing the order and or paying for the order, you the client imply that you have the
capacity to conclude the agreement and all the requirements for a valid contract.
By signing the order and or paying for the order, you the client imply that you have read,
accepted and understood the order.
